1. Factory planning and installation requirements

Land area: approximately 80-100 acres (fermentation area accounts for 50%, deep processing area accounts for 30%, and storage area accounts for 20%);

Foundation treatment: Heavy equipment such as dryers and granulators require concrete reinforcement of the foundation (bearing capacity ≥ 20t/m ²);

Layout principle: Fermentation area and deep processing area are arranged in separate zones, and raw material transportation is carried out using belt conveyors to reduce transportation costs.

2. Key points of operation and maintenance management

Equipment maintenance: Lubricate the flipping machine chain and bearings every 15 days; Regularly replace the crusher screen and granulator liner;

Fermentation control: Strictly control the carbon nitrogen ratio (25:1-30:1) and moisture content (60-65%) of raw materials to avoid incomplete fermentation;

Safety management: Open flames are strictly prohibited in the fermentation area, and explosion-proof fans are equipped; Electrical equipment should be well protected against rain and moisture.
