The spherical contact surface of the tile seat should have an average joint angle; Within every 50 x 50mm2, there shall be no less than 1-2 points; The contact surface between the hollow shaft and the tile should be at least 2 points per square inch between 90 ° and 100 °, and the clearance between the shaft neck and the bearing on both sides should be approximately the same.  

3. The mating surface between the flange of the dryer equipment cylinder and the front end cover should ensure good contact, and no gaskets should be added. The allowable deviation of the two hollow shafts with different axial degrees should be less than 0.8mm. When connecting the large gear ring and the cylinder end cover for assembly and calibration, the thrust should be consolidated, the positioning pin should be installed, and the radial swing of the gear ring should not exceed 0.5mm, and the axial swing should not exceed 0.84mm. 4. When installing the lining plate device of the dryer equipment, the end cover should be installed first, and the cylinder lining plate should start from the entrance and stop according to the assembly requirements. All screws should be evenly tightened without water leakage. The rubber lining plate should not have any gaps, and any gaps should be sealed with sponge.  

5. The small gear line and the large gear line should be parallel, with a deviation of no more than 0.2mm per meter. The tooth top clearance is 1/4 modulus, the tooth side clearance is 1.06-1.8mm, and the contact area of the dryer equipment tooth surface should not be less than 50% of the tooth length and 40% of the tooth height

6. The transmission couplings of reducers, motors, and drive shafts should adhere to high coaxiality, with different axis angles not exceeding 0.3mm and line inclinations less than 1/1000.

Scrap standards for certain vulnerable parts of organic fertilizer dryer equipment:

1. The wear of the bearing shell is greater than one-third of its thickness.  

2. The wear amount of the small gear surface should not exceed 30% of the tooth thickness, and the wear amount of the large gear ring tooth surface should be greater than 25% of the tooth thickness. It can be used upside down, and it should be scrapped when worn to 1/2.  

3. The twisting deformation of the gear ring rim should not exceed 7.5mm.

4. When grooves, scars, or partial wear on the inner circular surface of the hollow shaft cause deformation, cracks, or other conditions on the surface of the hollow shaft, it should be replaced.
