The toothed agglomerator is a granulation equipment that uses a high-speed rotating toothed device as the core working component. Through the shearing, stirring, mixing and extruding actions of the teeth on the material, loose powder, paste or slurry materials are granulated into particles with certain particle size and strength inside the machine. It mainly consists of a drum (cylinder), a toothed device, a transmission system, a frame and a discharge port, a rotating shaft, a toothed knife, a motor, a reducer, etc.
