The compound fertilizer spray granulation production line is a key equipment used for manufacturing compound fertilizers. It takes raw materials (such as urea, monoammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, etc.) containing essential nutrients for crops (such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) and processes them through pre-treatment (crushing, metering) before dissolving and reacting to prepare a molten slurry with specific concentration and fluidity; subsequently, it uses a high-pressure atomization device to spray the slurry into the granulation main unit (commonly a spray granulation tower or belt granulator), allowing it to fully contact with the hot air and circulating fine solid particles (reclaimed materials) inside the tower (or machine); under the action of heat drying and physical agglomeration, the slurry droplets will adhere, solidify, and gradually grow on the surface of the reclaimed particles, forming compound fertilizer particles with uniform particle size and qualified strength; finally, through subsequent processes such as drying, cooling, screening (separating unqualified particles and returning them to the system for re-granulation), coating (optional, enhancing the particle’s resistance to moisture absorption and stability), and automatic packaging, the entire process from raw materials to finished compound fertilizer is completed.
This production line consists of raw material processing equipment, reaction and mixing equipment, granulation main unit, drying and cooling equipment, screening equipment, and tail gas treatment equipment.
