The dual-stage crusher is an efficient crushing equipment with a dual rotor structure design. It is mainly used to achieve ultra-fine crushing of various materials (such as coal gangue, shale, construction waste, slag, fertilizer, etc.) through two consecutive crushing processes. Its core feature is the adoption of a two-stage crushing structure. Compared with single-stage crushers, it can handle harder, more resilient, or larger-grained materials more efficiently, resulting in more uniform crushing effects and finer product particle sizes. It consists of a crushing system (rotors, hammer plates, bearings and bearing housings, liners), the frame part, the transmission and power system (motor, transmission system), and the inlet and outlet devices, etc.
Characteristics of the dual-stage crusher:
Motor power: 22Kw*2 and 37Kw*2
Significant crushing effect with uniform particle size; wide range of applicable materials; reasonable structural design, stable operation; high production efficiency, low energy consumption; simple operation, easy maintenance; simple operation, easy maintenance.
Liner material: cast iron, or stainless steel or PP board according to customer requirements.
The dual-stage crusher is applied in multiple industries and fields:
1. In the mining industry, the dual-stage crusher plays an important role. It can handle various ores, such as iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, etc. For some harder ores, after dual-stage crushing, the particle size can reach the desired level.
Benefits: Facilitates subsequent beneficiation operations, improves beneficiation efficiency and ore utilization rate.
2. In the construction industry, the dual-stage crusher is an important application. Construction waste, such as concrete blocks, bricks, tiles, etc., can be crushed into different-sized recycled aggregates by the dual-stage crusher. These recycled aggregates can be used to make recycled concrete, recycled bricks, etc., as building materials.
Benefits: Achieves resource utilization of construction waste, saves resources and reduces environmental pollution.
3. In agriculture, the dual-stage crusher also has its uses. It can crush agricultural waste such as crop straw, corn husks, peanut shells, etc. The crushed materials can be used as feed raw materials and further processed into high-quality feed; or as raw materials for organic fertilizers, which can be fermented and transformed into organic fertilizers through fermentation processes, returning to the fields to promote sustainable agricultural development.
Benefits: Processed into high-quality feed or organic fertilizer raw materials, achieving resource recycling.
4. The dual-stage crusher is also applied in chemical and metallurgical industries. In the chemical industry, it can crush some chemical raw materials to meet the particle size requirements of production processes; in the metallurgical industry, for some slag produced during metal smelting, the dual-stage crusher can crush it, facilitating subsequent recycling and utilization.
Benefits: Meeting the particle size requirements, facilitating recycling.
5. In the organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer manufacturing industry, the dual-stage crusher can be used for raw material crushing and also for crushing large-particle return materials to meet customer requirements for particle size.
Benefits: Meeting the particle size requirements.
