Pulse Dust Collector
Bag-type dust collector, also known as bag filter or filtering dust collector, is a dry-type dust removal equipment that uses organic or inorganic fiber filter cloth to filter the dusty gas and achieve the separation of dust from the gas. 
Bag-type dust collectors are highly efficient dust removal devices that utilize filter bags as the core filtering elements to purify the dusty gas. The core principle is that when the dusty gas enters the dust collector, the dust particles in the gas flow will be intercepted by the fiber layer of the filter bag – larger particles are directly adhered to the surface of the filter bag due to inertial collision, while smaller particles are captured through diffusion, electrostatic adsorption, etc. The purified gas can then pass through the gap between the filter bag fibers and be discharged, thereby achieving gas-solid separation. This equipment is mainly composed of the filtration system (filter bags, filter bag frame, baffle), the cleaning system (pulsing valve, blow-off pipe, air tank), the ash hopper and ash discharge system (ash hopper, ash discharge device), the inlet and outlet gas system, the control system, and the supporting structure.
